“The hotel was conveniently situated for all major sites” and the location “near Westminster, Waterloo” was appreciated by many guests who stayed here. “Lovely, light and airy” rooms offer “excellent all round value that exceeded our expectations”. While some rooms have a “fantastic view over river” others have a “view over the railway tracks (and the dustbins...) [which] wasn't so spectacular!” Overall though, “staff were excellent” and guests highlighted instances where they went the extra mile, an example being “complimentary fruit juice upon check-out was a nice touch”.

Our first time at Park Plaza County Hall. Exactly what
we hoped to see.The family Studio room was excellent,
quiet and comfortable.
The bathroom and toilet was comfy and neat . A home
away from home. My daughters loved it and wished we
could stay longer. My husband also loved my choice.
Since I handled the booking.
We loved the food- Caesar salad, salmon, French fries,
garlic bread , pizza etc everything was worth the
amount we paid.
Will be visiting again during holidays in Summer.I have
already told all my friends and family members to use
the hotel once they are in London. |
